Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• $500 fine for smoking or vaping for recreational or medical use of cannabis, hemp, marijuana, or tobacco inside or near any door or window where smoke can linger and cause trace odors. We do not offer a 420-friendly property. - $500 for unauthorized parties, events, or get-togethers with more than the number of people booked to stay in the home - $100 is strictly enforced for unapproved or unauthorized checkouts between 11 am - 1 pm • Guest will pay the room price for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours. • If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous guest would leave the property in, an additional $300 cleaning fee will be assessed. - Extra black makeup remover towels are provided for each guest.
